My role is neither that of a coach nor a consultant.
I am a confidant: a neutral, discreet and human presence
where leaders can voice their doubts, regain clarity, and realign their decisions.

My work is grounded in an organic approach, shaped by three complementary frameworks that I have developed over more than twenty years of supporting leaders:
